I trained as a graphic designer at The London College of Printing, and spent my early career working for a leading London/ Paris design partnership specialising in packaging.  

Through clay I have continued to explore the endless nuances of shape and variations of form, surface, colour and texture - the seemingly infinite design possibilities that the material affords.  I enjoy the disciplines and creative challenges of making functional, decorative and sculptural pieces.  

 

A selection of my most recent work is currently for sale at The Orange Street Gallery, Uppingham.  The gallery is open Wednesday to Saturday, 10am - 5.30pm.

 

I will also be participating in Rutland Open Studios Christmas Week-end on 29 & 30 November at Lodge Learning Arts, Hay Cottage, Morcott.
